Eligible Returns
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals, tags, and protective materials intact.
Non-Returnable
- Graded trading cards once removed from the case
- Sealed collectibles (booster boxes, blind boxes, figures) once opened
- Final Sale / clearance / promotional items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged by the customer
How to Return
Email mochiribbongodo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason. Wait for our confirmation before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Details
- Refunded to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping package. We will offer a full refund or free replacement, including return shipping. Does not apply to items sold as "used" or "played condition."
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
Lost Packages
Contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund. Customs delays are outside our control.
