Shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties, and other checkout-related fees are displayed during checkout when available. Some fees may vary depending on destination, product size, or carrier requirements.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Yokohama, Japan using carriers such as FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, or other available international shipping services depending on destination and package size.
Dispatch timing and delivery estimates may vary by product type, destination, carrier availability, pre-order status, and customs processing. Please review the product page and our Shipping Policy before placing an order.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, including change-of-mind requests. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the ordered item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible by email or Instagram DM. Cancellation may be possible before the shipping label is created. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. International Buyers
For customers in the United States, orders may be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when available, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are included at checkout.
For customers outside the United States, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs-related charges may not be included in the product price or shipping charge. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
We do not mark merchandise below its actual value or declare commercial purchases as gifts. Japan and international regulations prohibit false customs declarations.
